Luxembourg has fiscal regulation tools allowing the operation of patents and rights derived from intellectual property.
As part of the application of the law of April 17, 2018 on the tax regime for intellectual property, introducing article 50ter LIR, the transitional period applicable to intellectual property rights held before 06/30/2016, will end on 06/30/2021
In cooperation with experts and law firms, we can advise you and support you in the management of your softwares and patents:
- Understanding and implementation of administrative and accounting management relating to patents and software according to Article 50ter LIR;
- Assistance in Research and Development (linking with the competent bodies, obtaining subsidies, etc…);
- registration of softwares;
- registration and filing of patents with the OMPI and the OEB;
- copyright information.
